Delete your Bulambu account

For accounts in the Bulambu Patient and Driver apps, operated by BULAMBU LLP.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Bulambu Patient app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and personal data immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion from this page (no app needed)

If you can't use the app, submit a request below. We will verify that you own the account and then delete it.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to our privacy team. Send it to complete your request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login identity.
  • Your profile, and (patients) your medical profile and emergency contacts.
  • Your bookings and emergency/SOS requests.
  • (Drivers) your uploaded verification documents and driver profile.

What may be retained, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example certain transaction, tax, safety, or dispute records) for 10 days . These are kept only as required and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Emailed requests are actioned within 7 days after we verify ownership, and fully completed within 30 days .
