Help with the Bulambu Patient and Driver apps

In a medical emergency, call your local public emergency number 112 (National Emergency Number) or 108 (Ambulance) first. Bulambu coordinates private ambulance transport and does not replace public emergency services or guarantee availability.

Common help topics

  • Account & login:reset your password from the app sign-in screen. If you can't access your email, contact support.
  • Booking an ambulance: allow location access, set your pickup, and confirm the request. Share the pickup OTP with the driver only.
  • Driver verification: upload clear JPEG/PNG/PDF documents under 10 MB. You can operate once all required documents are approved.
  • Managing your data: edit your profile and emergency contacts in the app at any time.
  • Deleting your account: Patient app → Settings → Delete Account, or use our account-deletion page.
